It is very hard to get an appointment with them and most of their appointments are drop offs where you pet sits in a crate most of the day. I have only met the vet one time in 5 years. We are moving vets this year.

I was scheduled for an ultrasound for my cat. Two days before the appointment i was called for a confirmation of moving it a day earlier. I said no i cannot make that that is why i made it the day it was. The desk person said he would have to reschedule since my original date was no longer available and would call me back. A couple of days later i learned that he did move it anyway and hit me with a noshow for over $200. He claimed he was the manager and to deal with it so i canceled my plan and will never go back to any Banfield
